Refund Policy - the basics

A Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

Everything You Need to Know
We will meet all obligations under:

  1. NZ Legal Laws,

  2. Consumers Guarantees Act - Consumer Protection,

  3. Fair Trading Act 

  4. WE do not have to give a refund for change of mind

  5. WE do not have to accept any goods or products which are broken due to incorrect pet usage.

  6. WE do not have to accept a terms of refund or give a refund when the transaction is half completed/the delivery goods are in transit and the customer wants to cancel the order.  When the transaction has been paid for and the monies have been received and goods are shipped and in transit, this is deemed as the business transaction is being fullfilled and cancelling is considered as CHANGE OF MIND.

  7. Refunds are provided on a case by case situation.  

  • Refunds maybe available for faulty goods when purchased new from the brand new box, brand new product

  • Refunds available for receiving the wrong product by mistake

  • Refunds maybe available for other case by case situations

To resolve matters, we hope for peaceful resolutions to any issues, problems and product and goods matters.  LUXE PET PALS, LUXE PALS LIFESTYLE has the right to rectify the issue before any legal procedures to solve the matters.   

Time Frame:  LUXEPETPALS will act swiftly to rectify the problem, there is not specific time frame, but to act within a timely manner to address issues.
