Shipping Policy - the basics

Goods are shipped from AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND.

Local New Zealand dispatch

We have a policy not to sell anything not within New Zealand, as we do not want to drop sell items.

LUXEPETPALS is a New Zealand retailer, webstore.

Shipping has a flat rate anywhere in New Zealand per transaction.

Shipping costs are the cost used by a third party postage service.  The shipping service is a cost associated with the other third party company, and not LUXEPETPALS.  Any claim of damaged goods and missing items, should be directed to the third party company delivery service.

As the cost of shipping has been provided by the third party delivery service, LUXEPETPALS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS (in the event of refund, SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AS THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY THE THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE, AND IS INDEPENDENT OF LUXEPETPALS.

Any questions about shipping should be asked before placing any orders.  By placing an order and paying for the shipping you have acknowledged and agree to the policies of LUXEPETPALS and the third party delivery service (NZPOST).

Domestic shipping only: New Zealand only shipping.

No international shipping is available.  Sorry

LUXEPETPALS will use third party shipping companies to deliver your order.  Third party means (another company to handle the shipping from LUXEPETPALS to the customer nominated address).

LUXEPETPALS prefers to use NZPOST to ship orders in New Zealand.

The duration and lead time of the NZPOST is specific to the NZPOST delivery times.  This can be read from www.nzpost.co.nz

LUXEPETPALS will need an average of 2-7 working days to process orders for shipping.  The average processes is usually 2-3 days.

LUXEPETPALS is not responsible for shipping costs and or the shipping delivery, it is the third parties responsibility.  Any disputes can be directed to NZPOST (www.nzpost.co.nz)

In the event of damaged delivery of goods or missing items delivered.  LUXEPETPALS will provide tracking details of the NZPOST delivery order, LUXEPETPALS will also investigate the delivery order, but will not be held accountable for the loss occurred by NZPOST negligence.  Negligence of NZPOST should be directed to NZPOST (www.nzpost.co.nz)

The costs of delivery for the order will be calculated at the checkout.  As the cost of delivery and postage is unstable due to environmental economic prices, the pricing of the shipping and postage can change at anytime.

LUXEPETPALS will not be held responsible for any changes to shipping, delivery costs.  The customer of this website will not hold LUXEPETPALS responsible for changes in shipping, delivery costs.
